- Western Australia: Western Australia has lots of jobs in mining. Over 15,000 skilled migration places were granted in 2023-24. The biggest city is Perth, but regional areas have lots of jobs and a more relaxed lifestyle.
- South Australia: South Australia had over 13,000 skilled migration places in 2023-24. Adelaide has jobs in tech and defense. Regional areas have jobs in agriculture, especially growing grapes for wine.
Other states and territories like Tasmania, the ACT, and the Northern Territory also need skilled migrants.

Australia really needs healthcare workers! Registered Nurses are at the top of the list. There are also a lot of jobs for:
